CLZIN Signal provides automated competitive intelligence, web element difference detection, Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints, and automated executive reporting for public web resources. Users are responsible for configuring target URLs and respecting third-party acceptable use policies.

3. Permitted Use & Public Data

You agree to use CLZIN Signal exclusively for monitoring publicly accessible website endpoints. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Bypass authentication walls or scrape private personal data without consent.
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or deliberately overload target web servers.
• Violate applicable regional or international intellectual property or privacy laws.

4. Account Responsibilities & Billing

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Paid subscription tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with access continuing until the conclusion of your active billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

CLZIN Tech and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the Service, or any competitive intelligence insights generated thereby.
